The decision ledger conforms to DECISION-LEDGER-SCHEMA.json. Automated conformance suites continually verify that:

  • Every decision links directly to an immutable SHA-256 proposal content hash.
  • No proposal is marked EFFECTIVE without dual human trustee and independent auditor signoff.
  • Logged dissents cannot be modified or purged post-publication.
